Some of the carbs in Cowbell come from Erythritol, which is a natural sweetener that passes largely undigested through the body. Erythritol has a glycemic index of 0.
is cowbell gluten-free and lactose-free?

is hmb good for older adults?

HMB is important for our aging muscles. As we age, it is inevitable that we will experience muscle loss. Supplementing with HMB can help prevent or slow the process of muscle loss to improve overall health, strength, and mobility.

who should not take hmb?
