SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 business day with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays (we have to recover too). Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. After we gently corral your cans of Cowbell into a carton and shipping box, we'll get them out the door. Then, you'll receive another email with tracking information from one of our friendly shippers - UPS or FEDEX. 

RETURNS POLICY

Our Investment in Transparency and Recovery in the functional beverage space is our Product Guarantee. Put simply.. love Cowbell or send it back. No questions asked and returns are free.

To start a return, contact us at support@drinkcowbell.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your Cowbell.

SUBSCRIPTIONS POLICY

When you purchase a subscription of Cowbell, you'll receive repeat shipments each month. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged monthly for each of these shipments. Subscriptions will continue each month and thereafter until you cancel. If you want to change or cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
