Using Kettlebells to lose weight.

I coach a kettlebell class in the evenings during the week.  I write the work outs, and I test them all for the intended stimulus.  

Prior to Cowbell, I was pretty sore after my test runs.  

I added Cowbell for the past 3 weeks and the difference is pretty immense.  Much less soreness and increasing strength are the biggest things I am noticing.  

The combination of BCAAs, HMB, Glucosamine, is pretty powerful.  Throw in the effective amounts of the other ingredients and Cowbell is a powerful allie for my fitness journey.  

Not being sore, and having energy are keys to sticking with a workout routine.  Cowbell is helping me be consistent and therefore helping me lose weight with Kettlebells.
